About the Role & What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a VP of Payer Sales (Payment Integrity) to join our team and help expand our commercial footprint in our target markets. In this role, you will help us sell advanced AI-powered payment integrity hybrid (managed servicer and SaaS) solutions to health insurance plans. You will work alongside our team to empower our clients with tools and solutions built with cutting-edge AI technologies that will help them reduce their costs of care. This is an individual contributor Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our executive team to develop, refine, and maintain our sales strategy to sell modern AI-powered cost containment and payment integrity solutions to health plans
  • Drive company revenue growth as an individual contributor by building by creating new sales opportunities and closing health plan target accounts
  • Develop a deep technical understanding of our Payment Integrity AI Platform and solutions to effectively communicate value and ROI to target customers
  • Create and present tailor-made sales presentations and demos to showcase the key features and value of our AI-powered solutions to our target customers
  • Stay abreast of market and industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements that will best serve our target customers
  • Maintain and manage our customer pipeline within our CRM to accurately project sales revenue

Requirements for the Role

  • 15+ years of experience selling payment integrity, FWA, or cost containment solutions to health insurance plans
  • Established relationships with executives and decision-makers at multi-regional and national health plans
  • Deep understanding of health plan claims operations and implementation processes and lifecycles
  • Proven track record of closing target accounts with opportunities north of $2M in annual recurring revenue
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation, and project management skills
  • Experience managing and maintaining Salesforce or HubSpot CRM software
